Our comprehensive package includes:
- Software: Greenway’s award-winning PrimeSUITE® EHR and integrated Practice Management (PM) application is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
- Hardware: iPractice provides the local workstation hardware necessary to access the EHR and Practice Management software, along with secure, HIPAA compliant data networking solutions for the exchange of clinical information.
- Training & Support: iPractice provides training tailored to your office staff and specific organizational workflow on how to use the hardware and software effectively and efficiently. Training and support is customized for relevant job roles and includes on-going regulatory and software updates.
The nature of our package offering includes face-to-face long-term support, not only with the technical aspects of the EHR, but also in business management, workflow, financial, and regulatory concerns as they relate to the IT infrastructure of their business. Our role will be to serve as an IT Department to our customers, as effectively as an IT Department serves a large hospital organization.
Our package includes a 3-year contract term to assure the client’s continued success and meaningful use compliance. At the end of this term, customers will have the opportunity to renew for on-going service and support with a variety of service and payment options. Financing options are available to eliminate the out-of-pocket upfront cost of implementation.
Patient Charge also offers consulting services to assist with various healthcare IT-related challenges such as meaningful use compliance, HIPAA compliance, regulatory reporting, financial transactions, aggregate data reporting, health information exchange, interfacing with local and national agencies, labs, and pharmacies, and other topics.
